.Each candidate shall submit the original and copy of the bid in separate envelopes sealed and stamped, duly marking the envelopes as “Original” and “Copy” for TECHNICAL and Financial proposal (including copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration License, Tax Payer’s Registration, VAT Registration and Professional Competency Certificates and the other supporting documents as stated in the Invitation for Bid),

.All documents (Technical and Financial proposals) must be delivered to the address above, in the bid box on or before 5:00 pm on 6^th of January 2021. Bids will not be accepted if not submitted on time. Submitted Bids will be opened by CVM ad hoc committee in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the 8^th January at local time 2:00 pm on the month of January year 2021.

.Bidders must issue bid bond with 2 % of the Financial Proposal Estimated value in CPO or equivalent as unconditional bank guarantee. The CPO is returnable as per the contract agreement entered between the parties.

.CVM Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
